What we actually built

The fastest way to lose a management company is to ask them to replace their accounting system.

So we built something that never asks.

Three pieces. That's the whole product.

A branded storefront offers property search and package browsing Your web addressYour community14 Oak StView packages
Their brand, their domain, their bank account. We're the small print.

Piece one: a store.

Not a marketplace with our name on it. Theirs — their brand, their domain, their money — open at 11pm on a Sunday, which is when the escrow officer actually gets to it.

A buyer types an address, sees exactly what's in the package and exactly what it costs, and pays. Nobody emails anybody.

Piece two: the kitchen.

An order arrives and something has to actually make it. Pull the documents. Write the letter with this owner's real numbers in it. Fill the blank PDFs. Stamp the previews so an unpaid copy is useless at a closing table.

And stop — deliberately — at the two or three points where the law wants a person to look, then carry on.

Tickets in, plates out, nothing lost on the pass.

An automation engine, technically. But "kitchen" is closer to the truth.

Piece three, and this is the one that matters: a live line into the accounting system that already holds the truth.

Because it does. The balance is in there. The ownership record is in there. The violations are in there.

A connection reads from the existing books without replacing them The booksRead from the existing system
We didn't rebuild the walk-in. We ran a line to it.

The information was never missing. Fetching it just required a person walking to three different rooms and asking three different colleagues nicely.

So we don't replace the books. We never will.

Ripping out a ledger that's wired into a bank is a multi-year fight nobody wants to have, least of all the people who'd have to live through it.

We sit on top of it and finally ask it questions.

One accounting system is live in production today. The connector framework is built to take others without changing anything above it.

Storefront, fulfillment, and connector layers sit above the existing accounting system Three pieces. One existing source.01Store02Fulfillment03ConnectorYour accounting system · unchanged
Everything we built sits on top. The bottom slab stays exactly where it is.

That's it. That's the product.

→ A store the management company owns
→ A kitchen behind it that assembles the order
→ A line straight into the walk-in that was always full

If you can repeat those three, you understand this better than most people who've sat through the demo.

Next: one purchase, start to finish, in about sixty seconds.
